Larkwood Furniture manufactures some the very best products from Indonesia and around the world and the Product is both designed and manufactured to give you a lifetime of enjoyment. Larkwood Furniture warranty begins effective from the moment you receive your product for twenty four months. We have a long-term relationship with our suppliers and can confirm that quality issues are an extremely rare occurrence. Our designs are quality controlled by our in house production team and then are quality controlled again once we receive them into our warehouse here in Australia prior to customer delivery.  
However, if somehow a Product has been delivered that has a manufacturing fault or a material fault we will replace or repair the Product at no cost to you as required by the Australian Consumer Act 2010.
You may be entitled to this remedy if you contact us with 48 hours of your Product delivery and the Product is; Faulty with either workmanship or materials, the Product is different to the sample shown to you or the Product does not do what it is supposed to do. Please choose carefully because the consumer act does not cover a “customer change of mind”, and as the furniture Products have been custom made to your specifications and finishes they cannot be returned or refunded, notwithstanding the terms above. If there is a variation to this condition it is given at the sole discretion of Larkwood Furniture.

Larkwood Furniture will repair or replace free of charge any faulty Product due to defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period. Larkwood Furniture, reserves the right to assess, repair, replace or service any warranty claims as we see fit.
If your Product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. Standard Lead times apply. If the Product cannot be replaced due to a change in supplier availability, you will be offered the option of choosing another Product of the same value or be provided with a refund for the total value of the faulty Product.
This warranty for the Products commences from date of purchase.
Larkwood Furniture reserve the right to make changes to our Products at any time.
This warranty only applies under accepted normal use of the Product and extends to defects which have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship in the Products and does not apply to other defects which may have arisen as a result of, without limitation, the following: accidental damage, abuse, misuse, maltreatment, abnormal stress or strain, unusual physical or environmental conditions, or neglect of any kind of the Products. Normal fair wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Normal variations to natural materials, like marks and scars in full aniline leather or variations in wood grain are not product faults and are part of the natural beauty of the product and as such are excluded from the warranty.  Larkwood Furniture is not liable for items sold outside of this website. The warranty only covers the original buyer and excludes anyone reselling Larkwood Furniture's products. 
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your consumer rights, Larkwood Furniture will not be liable for any reasonably foreseeable consequential loss of any kind caused by any defect in the Product and our responsibility is limited only to the value of the item purchased at Larkwood Furniture.
To make a warranty claim, contact Larkwood Furniture directly with the following information;
Proof of purchase / Order number or invoice number / Photos of the product fault / Contact details with address location of the faulty product.
Transport costs for Furniture deemed faulty by Larkwood Furniture will be covered by us.
