The Makers Guarantee

Every Larkwood piece is covered by our Makers Guarantee: a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For warranty claims, see here.

30-day home trial

Try any in-stock Larkwood piece at home for 30 days. If it isn't right for your space, we'll collect it and refund the product price.

How it works

1. Unbox and live with it. It takes time to get to know a piece of furniture, so you have 30 days from delivery to decide.
2. Not for you? Email support@larkwoodfurniture.com.au to arrange your return.
3. Wrap it, and we'll collect it. Wrap the item securely, and one of our courier partners will pick it up from your home. Return freight is capped at $200 per order in metro Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and quoted elsewhere. We'll confirm the cost before booking.
4. Get your refund. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the product price, less the confirmed return freight.

Items must be in the condition they were delivered in, allowing for normal light use. Original delivery fees aren't refunded. Made-to-order and Final Sale items aren't included. Available in Australia only. Full terms are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
