• Where can I try Larkwood Furniture's designs?
  

1. The best place to try any Larkwood Furniture product is in the comfort of your own home! We offer a risk-free 30-day trial so if you buy any design and don’t love it, you can return it for a refund. In some areas of Melbourne we’ll even pick it up for free.

2. We have an in-house showroom in our Bayswater, Melbourne warehouse. Book an appointment and try out our furniture. 

• What if the price drops on an item I have ordered?

You will pay the lowest price. If the price drops 14 days before or after your purchase for an item that you've ordered you'll be offered a store credit, goods to the value of the difference, or a refund when your items are delivered.  

• What is the 30-day trial policy?
  

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you’re not sold by day 30, you can return your product for a refund. The return shipping is covered in some areas in Melbourne. Outside of Victoria shipping isn't covered. We'll get you to ship the product back to our nearest returns depot in Melbourne.

• Where do you deliver from?
  

All our orders are dispatched from our main warehouse in Melbourne. 

• What do I need to keep in mind when purchasing furniture online?

We focus heavily on uploading accurate photos of every single piece of furniture we make.

We highly recommend to check the measurements of the designs before purchasing, as this is one of the main factor when buying furniture from us, our furniture is not standard size, so checking the measurements of your items will help a smooth process.

• Why is my order not tracking?

We work with multiple courier companies across Australia, which means some of them don't offer tracking systems. If your order doesn't have a tracking number, don't worry, our couriers will contact you in advance to provide you with all the delivery details. 

• Does Larkwood custom make furniture?

You are able to custom change most furniture on our website. Custom the wood, metal or upholstery colour based on our colour options or from swatches you can provide us. 

We often make furniture in new designs for projects and designers with a minimum order of 6 pieces per design. 

Here in Larkwood, we have a large catalogue of products we have made over the years, if you have any questions on changing anything about our current products, chances are we may have already done it in the past.

• How we ensure your order matches in color.

When you purchase more than 1 item, we ensure to deliver items made in the same batch. This way you will receive the same timber tones across your order. Given all timber tones change slightly every batch, we make sure they are coming from the same batch.
