  • Where can I try Larkwood Furniture's designs?

    1. The best place to try any Larkwood Furniture product is in the comfort of your own home! We offer a risk-free 30-day trial so if you buy any design and don’t love it, you can return it for a refund. In some areas of Melbourne we’ll even pick it up for free.

    2. We have an in-house showroom in our Bayswater, Melbourne warehouse. Book an appointment and try out our furniture. 

  • What if the price drops on an item I have ordered?

    You will always pay the lowest price. If the price drops 14 days before or after your purchase for an item that you've ordered you'll be offered a store credit, goods to the value of the difference, or a refund when your items are delivered.

  • What is the 30-day trial policy?

    We offer a 30-day trial period. If you’re not sold by day 30, you can return your product for a refund. The return shipping is covered in some areas in Melbourne. Outside of Victoria shipping isn't covered. We'll get you to ship the product back to our nearest returns depot in Melbourne.

  • Where do you deliver from?

    All our orders are dispatched from our main warehouse in Melbourne.

    Do you offer contact-free delivery? 

    Yes. For your peace of mind, we no longer need signatures for proof of delivery. We deliver to your door and let you know when your item has arrived.

    2. Is your showroom open? Our showroom is open under appointment only. It's located in Bayswater, Melbourne.

  • Why is my order not tracking?

    We work with multiple courier companies across Australia, which means some of them don't offer tracking systems. If your order doesn't have a tracking number, don't worry, our couriers will contact you in advance to provide you with all the delivery details. 

    For orders outside Australia, you will receive a link to track your order, we have partnered with DHL to provide you with up to date information about your delivery.
