We understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly right for your space. If needed, you may return your furniture within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are sent back to our Melbourne, Australia facility at the customer’s expense.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth process.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed promptly.
Warranty
Your furniture is crafted to last, which is why we offer a 2-year structural warranty.

This warranty covers any structural defects in the furniture.

Please note it does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, chips, or dents—these are part of your furniture’s natural character.

To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase.

We may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide store credit for items covered under this warranty.
