Sailing most of her life through the waters of Sicily, and the Mediterranean this collection was brought forth for a private client of ours and a long-time close friend of mine, Tony.
In time for my first yacht ride with Tony through the waters of Italy. Sailing to small islands to swim and watch the Sicilian port towns drift past our yacht throughout the day. Stepping aboard the main deck, the first of several lounges and dining spaces that blur the lines between indoors and out, lay the Catania Lounge. Inspired by the wild and glamorous of yacht life, a reminder of the magnificent yacht it accompanies until the end of its lifetime.
Defined by the fine craftsmanship and exceptional materials. The Catania Lounge was built using A-Grade Teak, premium outdoor fabric, marine grade stainless, and quick-drying outdoor foam.
This product does not require any assembly.

How to look after your outdoor teak furniture?

We recommend positioning your sun lounge on a solid surface to avoid long-term damage to the wood. Placing your sun lounge in a soft surface like grass may damage the wood due to moisture on the ground.
- When not in use, we recommend covering your sun lounges from any direct sunlight to keep the colour of the wood.
- The fabric is removable, and it can be washed in a regular washing machine.
- We do not recommend using any harsh chemicals, like bleach to wash your fabric covers.

Delivery Type:
- We offer our own local delivery service in Melbourne while our partner couriers and removalists deliver on our behalf for all other interstate customers.
- For regional areas, your delivery will be made via third party couriers.
- You will receive free shipping to all major cities including Sydney,
Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide when you order over $1,400.
- If you are not eligible for complimentary shipping your shipping rate will appear at checkout.
- Larkwood Furniture currently does not offer express shipping or white glove service.
- Bulky items require delivery quote for regional areas, please contact us before purchasing to confirm delivery can be made. All Bulky Items will be clearly labelled in your product as 'BULKY ITEM'
Bulky Items are delivered for free in Metro Areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure your address classifies as Metro Areas.
Shipping Rate:
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. For all orders in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide, our couriers will bring your furniture item to your doorstep including steps. For all regional areas, and Perth your furniture will arrive boxed up and delivered at ground level.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Standard Delivery. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks to be dispatched from our warehouse.
- Priority Dispatch will be available in most cases, your items will leave the warehouse the following business day after your purchase is made.
Shipping Transit Times:
- Sydney Metro area: 5-7 days.
- Brisbane / Gold Coast Metro area: 7-10 days.
- Melbourne Metro Area: 3-5 days.
- VIC Regional: 5-7 days.
- Adelaide: 5-7 days.

Outdoor Product Care
This product is designed for use outdoors.
To ensure the longevity and overall quality of this product, we do not recommend prolonged exposure to severe weather conditions. Such as snow, harsh winters or heatwaves.

CARING FOR YOUR WOODEN FURNITURE
Wood is a natural material.
During warm, humid weather wood can expand.
During dry weather wood contracts. These seasonal variations are normal characteristics of wood.
Do not use abrasive cleaners. Wipe wood with a damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth. Any spills should be removed immediately. Take care when moving the furniture.
TEAK WOOD
Each piece has been individually handcrafted to create a unique piece of furniture.
Teak is a hardwood timber, coarse in texture and their colour varies from golden to brown colour. Natural variations may occur adding a charm to each piece.
Your item was made with love so please show it love by taking good care of it.
We do not recommend painting, sanding or varnishing. We recommend oiling teak wood with Teak Oil once a year.
Outdoor Fabric
The fabric has been treated for soil and stain resistance. If the fabric gets dirty, apply 10-20ml of detergent solution on top of the spot; use a soft bristle brush to clean the fabric. Softly clean with clean cloth and cold water, fabric is machine washable using cold water. Allow the fabric to air dry.

You will have our famous Makers Guarantee, 2 years of manufacturing warranty that covers you from any unlikely manufacturing defects in your product. For warranty claims please refer here.
Try any Larkwood Furniture product for 30 days. If you don't love it, ship it back and we'll give you a full refund. In most areas of Melbourne we'll even pick it up for free.

- Unbox and try it out. It takes time to get to know our furniture, so we'll give you up to 30 days before you give your verdict.
- Don't like it? Contact us to organize your return. Just make sure the item is well wrapped for pick up.
- Send it back. We’ll organise one of our courier partners to pick it up from your home.
- We'll refund every cent. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll give you a full product refund.
