Delivery Type:

• We offer our own local delivery service in Melbourne while our partner couriers and removalists deliver on our behalf for all other interstate customers.
  
  
• For regional areas, your delivery will be made via third party couriers. 
  
  
• You will receive free shipping to all major cities including Sydney,
  Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide when you order over $1,400. 
  
  
• If you are not eligible for complimentary shipping your shipping rate will appear at checkout.
  
  
• Larkwood Furniture currently does not offer express shipping or white glove service. 
  
  
• Bulky items may require delivery quote for regional areas, please contact us before purchasing to confirm delivery can be made. All Bulky Items will be clearly labelled in your product as 'BULKY ITEM'
  
  Bulky Items are delivered for free in Metro Areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

Flat Shipping Rate $45:

Shipping rates are capped at $45 for any orders under $1,400. For all orders in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide, our couriers will bring your furniture item to your doorstep including steps. For all regional areas, and Perth your furniture will arrive boxed up and delivered at ground level. 

Delivery Timeframe:

1. Standard Delivery. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks to be dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Priority Dispatch will be available in most cases, your items will leave the warehouse the following business day after your purchase is made. 

Shipping Transit Times:

• Sydney Metro area: 5-7 days.
• Brisbane / Gold Coast Metro area: 7-10 days.
• Melbourne Metro Area: 3-5 days.
• VIC Regional: 5-7 days.
• Adelaide: 5-7 days.
• Perth: 5-7 days.

CARING FOR YOUR WOODEN FURNITURE

Wood is a natural material.

During warm, humid weather wood can expand.

During dry weather wood contracts. These seasonal variations are normal characteristics of wood.

Do not use abrasive cleaners. Wipe wood with a damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth. Any spills should be removed immediately. Take care when moving the furniture.

 

TEAK WOOD

Each piece has been individually handcrafted to create a unique piece of furniture.

Teak is a hardwood timber, coarse in texture and their colour varies from golden to brown colour. Natural variations may occur adding a charm to each piece.

We do not recommend painting, sanding or varnishing. We recommend oiling teak wood with Teak Oil once a year. 

Outdoor Fabric 

The fabric has been treated for soil and stain resistance. If the fabric gets dirty, apply 10-20ml of detergent solution on top of the spot; use a soft bristle brush to clean the fabric. Softly clean with clean cloth and cold water, fabric is machine washable using cold water. Allow the fabric to air dry. 

How to look after your outdoor metal furniture?

• We recommend positioning your outdoor sofa on a solid surface to avoid long-term warping of the metal. Placing your coffee table in a soft surface like grass may damage the metal finish in the long term due to moisture on the ground. 
  
• When not in use, we recommend covering your sofa from any direct sunlight to keep the harsh Australian weather off the glass and metal colour. 
  
• We do not recommend using any harsh chemicals, like bleach to clean the outdoor furniture.
